During the selection process our training team will assess your qualifications to determine your suitability for lateral entry. If you are deemed suitable it is highly likely you will have competency gaps that you will need to attain during a determined timeframe if you are employed.

At some stage during the selection process you will provided with an indication of your salary/rank if you are successful in your application.

If you are assessed as having too many competency gaps, you will be notified that your application will not proceed.
